Donnamae F. Rohde

Donnamae F. Rohde, 70, of Merrill, died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, at Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice, Wausau.

Born Nov. 4, 1936, in Merrill, Donnamae was the daughter of Alice Raasch Henrichs and the late Grover Henrichs. She married Donald Rohde on Jan. 14, 1956, in Merrill. He survives.

Donnamae graduated from Merrill High School in 1955. She had been a homemaker for her family. Donnamae was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Merrill. She enjoyed cooking, playing bingo, and spending time with her family. Donnamae was loved and will be greatly missed by her family.

Survivors include her husband Donald, Merrill; mother Alice Henrichs, Merrill; daughter Lisa (David) Ruge, Madison; sons Scott (Dawn), Louisville, Ky.; and Jason (Tammi) and Donald (Nicole), both of Merrill; and grandchildren Kyle, Amber, Cassie, Brock, Amanda, Cana and Faith. Also surviving are brothers Gerald (Joyce) Henrichs and Grover (Florence) Henrichs, both of Merrill. She was preceded in death by her father Grover Henrichs and brother Wayne Henrichs.

Funeral services were Friday, Jan. 12, at the Waid Funeral Home, Merrill. Rev. Robert Smallman officiated. Burial was in Merrill Memorial Park.
