Gerald J. "Jerry" Adamec, West Allis, found peace Friday, May 11, 2007, at age 66.

Beloved husband and best friend of 28 years to Barbara J. (nee Ferch). Loving dad of Daniel (Brenda),Merrill; Jeannette (John) Whitt, Jennifer (Tony) Blank, and Jamie (Lucio) Vallejo. Proud grandpa of Nathan, Jordanne, Olivia, Trae, Dana, Jalyn, Kayla and the late Tara. Dear brother of Ron (Anne) Adamec and Rosemary Schlei. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Jerry was a retiree of the Falk Corporation after 42 years of service as a gear cutter. He was an avid woodworker and a true patriot. "A great American." Carpenter Wanted: Jerry answered the call.

Funeral services were Tuesday, May 15, at Wisconsin Memorial Park-Chapel of the Chimes, Brookfield. Church and Chapel Funeral Services, Brookfield, served the family. Online condolences and obituary at www.churchandchapel.com.
