William A. Faust

William A. Faust, 72, of Merrill, died Thursday, June 7, 2007, at St. Clare's Hospital, Weston.

Born in Tomahawk on Nov. 11, 1934, William was the son of the late Arthur Sr. and Jesse Langdon Faust. He married Ruth Sandberg on Aug. 29, 1959, in Cornell. She survives.

Bill enjoyed fishing, hunting, his cats, and doing repair work.

Surviving are Ruth Faust, Merrill; brothers Gerald, Milwaukee; Richard (Lucy), Kewaunee; Arthur Jr., Minneapolis, Minn.; Larry (Beverly), Aniwa; LeRoy (Linda), Milwaukee; and Jimmy (Terry), Eau Claire; sister Beverly (Mike) Marine, Cadott; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sisters Donna Lou, Shirley, Lorraine and Veronda; and brothers David and Robert.

Funeral services were Saturday, June 9, at the Waid Funeral Home, Merrill.
