Christy Parenteau and Michael Rehwinkel, both of Merrill, were married Feb. 14, 2007, in Kona, Hawaii. Rev. Keith Elliot officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Bruce and Mary Schmidt. The groom is the son of Richard and Annie Rehwinkel.

The couple honeymooned on a 7-day Hawaiian cruise.

Christy is human resource administrator for Hurd Windows and Doors. Michael is a designer for Wisconsin Public Service.

They reside in Merrill.
