Cristina M. Camacho and Andrew J. Gruetzmacher, both of Black Earth, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Diego Jr. and Judy Camacho, Mt. Horeb. The prospective groom is the son of Gene and Sally Gruetzmacher, Merrill.

Cristina is a 1999 graduate of Darlington High School. She graduated from Edgewood College in Madison with B.S. degrees in biology and natural science and also holds a degree in mortuary science. She is a licensed funeral director with Ellestad Camacho Funeral Home in Black Earth. Andrew is a 1999 graduate of Merrill High School and a two-time graduate of UWM with a B.A. degree in English and a master's degree in library and information science. He is employed by Dean Health Systems in Madison.

The couple is planning a September 2007 wedding.
