Mary Kluckman

Mary Kluckman, 96, of 2100 E. Sixth St., Merrill, formerly of 711 E. First St., Merrill, died Friday, August 3, 2007, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill.

Mary was born May 18, 1911, in Gotobo, Okla., daughter of the late Gottlieb and Anna Deil Daubert. She married Albert Kluckman on June 22, 1929. He preceded her in death on July 21, 1986.

Mary was a member of St. Stephen's United Church of Christ, Merrill. She enjoyed working on crafts, playing cards and other games, and crocheting. Mary was a member of the Homemakers' Club.

Survivors include her daughter Delores (Ralph) Staub, of The Villages, Fla.; sons Harvey, Wausau; and LaVern (Barbara), Green Bay; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her seven siblings.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9, at the Taylor & Stine Funeral Home, Merrill. Pastor Missy Holsdorf will officiate. Burial will take place in St. Paul's Church Cemetery, town of Corning. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. tonight, Wednesday, and after 10 a.m. on Thursday, all at the funeral home.
