Douglas C. "Doug" Wicke, 67, Merrill, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007, at his home under the care of his family and Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

Doug married Jean Hehling on April 11, 1959. She survives.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date. The Taylor & Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, is assisting the family.
