Emily M. Jahn

Emily M. Jahn, 85, formerly of Cty CC, Tomahawk, passed away Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, at Pine Crest Nursing Home, Merrill.

Emily was born on June 19, 1922, in Tomahawk to Hiram and Lucinda Stevens. She married Robert Jahn on Sept. 23, 1938, in Tomahawk. He passed away in 1998.

Emily enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Tomahawk.

Surviving are her son David (Carol), Tomahawk; daughters Florence Jahn, Merrill; and Ruth (Gary) Karrels, Belguim, Wis.; 13 grandchildren, 25 great- grandchildren; and sister Minnie LaBrec, Westboro. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, daughter Betty Wilberding, a great-grandson, two sisters and six brothers.

Funeral services were Tuesday, Sept. 18, at St Paul Lutheran Church, Tomahawk. Rev. Mark Schoenherr officiated. The Krueger & Sons Funeral Home, Tomahawk served the family. Online condolences at www.kruegerfamilyfuneral.com.
