Jean Marie Peck and Joel E. Schult, both of Wausau, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Greg and Peggy Peck, Hazelhurst. The future groom is the son of Dennis and Rachel Schult, Merrill.

Jean is a 2001 graduate of Lakeland High School, Minocqua, and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in professional accountancy, both from UW Whitewater. She is employed at Virchow, Krause & Co. in Wausau. Joel is a 1997 graduate of Merrill High School and a 2001 graduate of UW Stevens Point with a degree in managerial accounting and business administration. He is also employed at Virchow, Krause & Co. in Wausau.

They have set a Nov. 3, 2007, wedding date.
