Patty Prince and Steve Palecek, both of Eau Claire, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The prospective bride is the daughter of Petter and Peggy Prince, Bloomer. The future groom is the son of Dale and Edith Palecek, Merrill.

Patty graduated from the UW Madison School of Pharmacy. She is a pharmacist at the Red Cedar Medical Center Pharmacy in Menomonie. Steve is a graduate of the UW Eau Claire School of business. He is controller at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eau Claire.\

A Nov. 3, 2007, wedding is planned.
