Amanda Schmeltzer and Dustin Adams were married June 2, 2007, at St. John Lutheran Church, Merrill.

The bride is the daughter of Jeff and Shevon Schmeltzer, Merrill. The groom is the son of Jody and Sherri Adams, Hardy, Ark.

Matron of honor was Candace Schmeltzer Graap, sister of the bride, Merrill; and Beau Adams, brother of the groom, Hardy, Ark., was best man. Bridesmaids included Amber Baumann, the bride-s cousin, Merrill; Chelsey Hoff, Merrill; Nikki TerMaat, Bonaire, Ga.; and Kristin Welk, Neenah. Personal attendant was Trisha Schumacher, Kaujauna.

Serving as groomsmen where J. R. Graap, the bride-s brother-in-law, Merrill; Derek Manki, Milwaukee, John Baker, Raleigh, N. C.; and Jerry Murphy, VB, Va.

Usherettes were Amber LaPerriere, the bride-s cousin, Merrill; and Susie Krause, Weston. Ushers were Ryan Rice and Derek Janssen, both of Merrill.

A reception was held at Les & Jim-s, Merrill. The couple honeymooned in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Amanda is a 2001 graduate of Merrill High School and a 2006 graduate of UW Oshkosh. She is a kindergarten teacher for the Mosinee School district. Dustin is a 1999 graduate of Highland High School, Hardy, Ark., and will graduate from the University of Phoenix in February 2008. He is an account manager at West Business services, Wausau.

The pair resides in Merrill.
