John J. Chapleau, 72, Merrill, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2006, at Good Samaritan Health Center, Merrill.

Survivors include three daughters and two sons, including David (Jane) Chapleau, Merrill; and several grandchildren.

There will be no funeral service. The Taylor & Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, is assisting the family.
