Shirley A. Ziegelbauer

Shirley Ann Ziegelbauer, 65, of Merrill, died Monday, Feb. 12, 2007, at her home.

Shirley was born on Jan. 27, 1942, in Rhinelander, the daughter of the late Fred and Alice Reissman Day. She married Jerome Ziegelbauer on July 31, 1965, in Aniwa.

Shirley was a homemaker.

Survivors include Jerry, her husband of 46 years; sons Kenneth (Elaine), Oakwood, Ga.,; Jerome Jr. (Joy), Merrill; and Dean, Merrill; daughter Kelly (Kurt) Rushing, Merrill; and five grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers Robert (Dana) Day, Arizona; Charles Day, Rhinelander; Lloyd Mihlbauer, Rhinelander; and Ted Day, Stanley; and sisters Barbara (Dennis) Langlois, Rhinelander; and Betty (Jack) Siefert, Eagle River.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Veronica; her parents; sisters Rosetta Swisher and Lucy Tushowski; and brother Fred Day.

Private family services will be held at the Waid Funeral Home, Merrill.
