Stacy Lynn Hass and Matthew Benjamin Cooper announce their engagement and impending nuptials.

The future bride is the daughter of Linda Hass, Merrill, and the late Norman Hass. The prospective groom is the son of Keith and Rose Cooper, La Crosse.

Stacy graduated from UW La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science degree in secondary education. She is a social studies teacher at Chilton High School. Matt graduated from UW Oshkosh with a bachelor of business administration degree in finance and is currently employed at Associated Bank in Appleton.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 5, 2006 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Onalaska.
