Paula Knoeck and Dean Walters, both of Merrill, announce their engagement and impending nuptials.

The future bride is the daughter of Ivan and Sharon Knoeck, Marathon. The groom is the son of Joyce Walters, Wausau, and the late Lawrence Walters, Merrill.

Paula is a 1994 graduate of Merrill High School and a 1996 graduate of Northcentral Technical College with an associate-s degree in architectural/residential design. She works for Wausau Supply Company. Dean is a 1985 graduate of Wausau East High School. He is employed at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

A wedding is planned for July 29, 2006.
