Gary L. Woller, 63, of Norcross, Ga., died peacefully Monday, March 6, 2006.

Gary was born Aug. 23, 1942, in Wausau, only son of the late Emil and Sylvia Woller. He grew up in the Hamburg area and graduated from Merrill High School.

Gary attended the University of Chicago and from there went to work as a chemist at DeSoto, Inc., in Mt. Prospect, Ill. He retired in 1989 and moved to Florida and then to Georgia. He enjoyed reading, photography, stamp collecting and cartography, among other things. He served on the committee for the Walter and Mabel Fromm Scholarship in Merrill.

He is survived by his only daughter Alison Woller, Atlanta, Ga.

Graveside funeral services were held Friday, March 10, at Melwood Cemetery, Stone Mountain, Ga.
