Florence Holt -- Momence

Florence A. Holt, 69, of Momence, died Saturday (June 16, 2007) at the Momence Meadows Nursing Center. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Cotter Funeral Home, Momence.

Cremation rites were accorded. Memorials may be made to the family wishes.

Mrs. Holt had been a factory worker. She was born Sept. 11, 1937, in Gleason County, Wis., the daughter of Walter and Mabel Cote Gray. Her husband, Harold Holt, whom she married May 9, 1971, in Kankakee, is deceased.

Surviving are one daughter and son-in-law, Debra M. and Bill Holdman of Momence; three sons, Thomas DeMuth of Iowa, Michael DeMuth and Anthony DeMuth, both of Momence; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and special friend, Magee Freeman of Momence.

Deceased are her parents, five brothers, two sisters, and one granddaughter.
