Ziglinski, Donna Marie nee Annis

Donna Marie Ziglinski nee Annis, age 67. The clouds opened and the angels came to take Donna to heaven as she passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 8, 2004.

She was born on July 30, 1936 to the late Elsworth and Alma Annis in Merrill, Wis. Donna married Albert -Joe- Ziglinski in December of 1957. Donna was an active member of various churches; she devoted her life to caring for children; whether it was her own or other people-s children. Donna also could be counted on at any time and anywhere for those who needed her help. She was a loving mom and grandma.

Survivors include sons, Joe Ziglinski, his wife Vicki and their children, Joshua and James of Minnesota; Jay Ziglinski, his son Logan; Jerry Ziglinski, his wife Peg and their children, Brooke and Zachary of Appleton; daughters, Amy Ziglinski of Appleton; Angela Flores and her husband Eduardo and their sons Maximiliano, MarcoCristian and McCormack all of Appleton; brothers, Charles (Doris), Robert (Dena), Philip (Joni) and James (Vonnie) Annis; sisters, Carol (John) Krueger, Muriel (Dale) Kopetzky and Jayne and Darlene Annis; and the many other -children- who called her mom or grandma.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Joe; parents; a sister, Delores Neumann; infant sisters, Betty Lou and Arvella; brothers, Elsworth and Larry Annis.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church (N1615 Meadowview Dr) in Greenville with Pastor Randy Loux officiating.

Visitation will be on Monday, May 10, 2004 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and also on Tuesday at church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.

The family would like to thank Theda Care Hospice for their care of mom, especially Mary O-Brien; and all those who helped care for her this past year.
