Jeffrey L. Wenzlick, 50, Merrill, died Sunday, April 3, 2005, at his home.

Survivors include his mother, Veleeta (Andrew Sullivan) Wenzlick, Merrill; five sisters, Janice (James) Moser, Terri (Paul) Phillips, Karen (Charles) Brock, Wendy (Elroy) Wiesman and Debbie Wenzlick, all of Merrill; two brothers, Tom (Brenda Kunda) Wenzlick, Madison, and Ralph (Shirley) Wenzlick, Merrill; and nieces, nephews and many friends.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Waid Funeral Home in Merrill. Visitation will be from noon until service time Thursday at the funeral home.
