Melvin Sorce, 66, of Tomahawk, died Thursday, January 13, 2005, at his home following a year long battle with cancer.

Survivors include his wife Faye, a son, two daughters, eight grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

A memorial service was held Monday, January 17, at Krueger & Sons Funeral Home, Tomahawk.
