Dena Alft and Bruce Novotny, both of Eau Claire, were married Oct. 15, 2004, at the Always and Forever chapel in Las Vegas, Nev.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Judy Alft, Merrill. The groom is the son of Richard and Lauriel Novotny, Stewart, Minn.

Maid of honor Wendy Wieweck, sister of the groom, Minnesota, and Darin Alft, brother of the bride, Merrill, was best man.

Dena works at Blue Cross-Blue Shield of Wisconsin in Eau Claire. Bruce works for Hutchinson Technology in Eau Claire. They live in Eau Claire.
