Ronald C. Liebers, 59, of Merrill, died Saturday, September 56, 2003, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Born November 25, 1943 in Wausau, Ronald was the son of Irene Liebers and the late Alfred Liebers.

Ron had worked at Caterpillar Manufacturing in Joliet, Ill. He enjoyed fishing, picking mushrooms and being in the woods.

Ron's family would especially like to thank Jo, Faye, Joy and St. Joseph's Hospital for their excellent care.

Survivors include daughter Terri (Doug) VanDenheuval and son Brian (Cindy), both of Green Bay; his mother Irene, Wausau; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sister Arlene (Ron) Krueger, Wausau; brothers Herman, Merrill; and Dennis (Jane), Wausau; and special friend Johann Neubaurer, Merrill. He was preceded in death by his father Alfred and sister-in-law Janet Liebers.

Funeral services were Tuesday, September 9, at the Waid Funeral Home, Merrill.
