Erwin Leverenz, 78, of Tomahawk, died Friday, September 10, 2004, at Sacred Heart Hospital, Tomahawk.

Erwin was employed by the UW Extension in Lincoln County.

A memorial service was Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Tomahawk. Rev. Edward Powell officiated. Krueger and Sons Funeral Home, Tomahawk, assisted the family.
