Elsbeth M. Schroeder Mattice, 102, of Merrill, died Monday, November 20, 2004, at Pine Crest Nursing home, Merrill.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, December 1, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Wausau. Burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Visitation at the church from noon until the time of services. The Helke Funeral Home, Wausau, is assisting with arrangements.
