Craig Allen Lange, 42, of Merrill, died Saturday, December 25, 2004, in Merrill.

Born August 28, 1962, in Merrill, Craig was the son of Betty Doerr Lange and the late Ronald Lange. He married Kitty Kneiss in Gatlinburg, Tenn., on May 18, 2001. She survives.

Craig graduated from Merrill Senior High School in 1981. He worked on the hydro maintenance crew for Wisconsin Public Service Corp. for the past 18 years. He was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church in Merrill. He enjoyed restoring old cars, boats and just working in his shop and on his property. Craig enjoyed deep sea fishing in Florida. He loved his Springer spaniels.

Survivors include his wife Kitty and his mother Betty Lange, both of Merrill; brother Keith, Panama City, Fla.; niece Taylor and nephew Austin.

Funeral services were Tuesday, December 28, at the Waid Funeral Home, Merrill. Rev. James Primley officiated. Burial was in Merrill Memorial Park. The family requests that memorials be given to the American Cancer Society.
