Julius Rohloff, 82, services Saturday
Julius Rohloff, 82, rural Ashby, died Thursday at his home in Lund Township, Douglas County. Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m., at the Faith Lutheran Church, Evansville, with the Rev. Marvin Moll officiating. Burial will be in Mound Grove Cemetery, Evansville.
He was born in Lincoln County, Wis., April 3, 1891, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Rohloff. On April 26, 1916, he married Alma Braun. He farmed in the Douglas County area since that time.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Carl and Ted, both of rural Ashby; four daughters, Mrs. Orlin (Ethel) Olson, Ashby; Mrs. Alvin (Marion) Johnson, Evansville; Mrs. Willard (Rosann) Bergman, Los Angeles; Mrs. Rodney (Gladys) Vogt, Alexandria; 21 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
One sister, Mrs. Ida Mueller, Norwood; two brothers, Augusta, Waconia; and Grover, Vergas.
Arrangements were made by the Erickson Funeral Home, Elbow Lake.
