Hubert Schoone

Hubert "Bart" Schoone, 92, W1536 Highway D, Harrison, died Friday, April 22, 2005, at the Friendly Village Nursing Home in Rhinelander.

He was a dairy farmer for many years, operated a school bus service and did some logging.

Survivors include four sons, James (Mieko) Schoone, Paul (Corie) Schoone and Gary (Lynne) Schoone, all of Harrison, and Tony (Coralie) Schoone, Fond du Lac; six daughters, Willy (Bob) Stefonek, Sugar Camp, Alice (Nick) Goersch and Nancy (Andy) MacMorran, all of Harrison, Anne (John) Skaar, Merrill, Dolores (Jim) Bradley, Wausau, and Phyllis Henry, Tomahawk; special friend, Marian Forecki, Harrison; 36 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Harrison. Burial to follow at St. Augustine Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Krueger & Sons Funeral Home, Tomahawk, and again from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church. A parish vigil service will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
