Ruth VanRyen

Ruth VanRyen, 91, Tomahawk, formerly of the Harrison area, died Friday, April 15, 2005, at Riverview Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Tomahawk.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include one daughter, Joyce (Bob) Leonard, Harrison; two sons, Jack (Mary) VanRyen, Harrison, and Jerry (Marilyn) VanRyen, Glendale, Ariz.; 16 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Harrison. Burial will be in St. Augustine Cemetery, Harrison. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Krueger and Sons Funeral Home, Tomahawk, and will begin again at 8 a.m. Tuesday until the time of service at the church.

There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
