Bertha Baumann

Bertha Baumann, 91, Tomahawk, died Monday, Oct. 20, 2003, at Riverview Rehabilitation and Care Center, Tomahawk.

She farmed with her late husband, Ervin Baumann, in the Town of Pine River.

Survivors include on daughter, Marge (Floyd Smith Sr.) Baumann, Merrill; two sons, Jerome Baumann, Merrill, and Wally (Sherill) Baumann, Wausau; four grandchildren; one great-grandson; two sisters, Erna Schmidt and Esther Biggs, both of Merrill; and one brother Otto Oestreich, Merrill.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Merrill. Burial will be in Merrill Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Waid Funeral Home, Merrill, and will begin again at 9:30 a.m. Thursday until the time of services at the church.

*Note – Bertha was the daughter of Otto & Emma (Stark) Oestreich.  Birth date was taken from family data base.
