Derek Ryman

Derek John Ryman, of Bettendorf, was born into Heaven on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, at University Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

A service for Derek John will be held at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 31, at Taylor-Stine Funeral Home, Merrill, Wis. The Rev. James Horath will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Francis Catholic Cemetery, Merrill.

Derek was the infant son of Dale and Susan Beckman Ryman, Bettendorf. He is further survived by his grandparents, Polly and Wayne Polak, Merrill, Mike and Sandra Flowers, Murfreesboro, Tenn., his great-grandparents, Raymond Priebe, Merrill, Willie Mae Flowers, and John and JoAnn Carter, all of Murfreesboro; and other relatives and friends.
