"I think this is priceless! Note the O'Day postal cancellation (on the back of this picture) on October 25, 1910! -- an the 1 cent stamp. This is my grandmother's handwriting and was written to one of her daughters." -- Margaret Fauerbach, granddaughter
"This is the road from Merrill to Tomahawk! O'Day was just north of Grandfather Dam & several miles south of Grandmother Dam. The house is hidden by trees on the right, tavern and farm buildings on the left." About 1915 -- Margaret Fauerbach.
