KY. , officiating was REV. TOMMY WILHITE & REV.JESSIE THARPE . Burial
at EDGEWOOD CEMETERY, TRENTON, KY..
Born DECEMBER 10TH, 1915 TODD CO. KY.. WILLIAM(WICK)SCOTT WAS THE SON
OF PLEAS HENRY SCOTT AND MOLLIE EMILY PRICE SCOTT. HIS SIBLINGS WERE LEONA
LUCILLE TUCKER, ELSIE PAULINE SMITH, VIRGIE MAE CLARK, ELNOR SPRY,BECKHAM
PLEAS SCOTT, CHARLES GOWER SCOTT, GARNER EUGENE(DINK)SCOTT,GORDON
DAVIS(TOMMY)SCOTT AND ESSIE MARIE SCOTT.
MY FATHER WICK SCOTT WAS A WORLD WAR II VETERAN AND A FARMER ALL HIS
LIFE.ON OCTOBER 7TH, 1946 HE MARRIED MY MOTHER GLADYS MAE LANCASTER THE
DAUGHTER OF PALO HUSTON & MARY HAZEL LANCASTER OF FAIRVIEW, KY. THEY
HAVE THE FOLLOWING CHILDREN: ALICE MAE SCOTT GILKEY, WILLIAM RINGFIELD
SCOTT JR. MARY RUTH SCOTT SEAY, JAMES BRUCE SCOTT, MOLLY DALE SCOTT
FREDERICK, AND HELEN MARIE SCOTT GARDNER. THEY HAVE THE FOLLOWING
GRANDCHILDREN: CHRISTOPHER NEAL GILKEY, JESSICA LYNN GILKEY, WILLIAM
BRADLEY SCOTT, SANDRA LYNN SEAY MARTIN, RONALD DOUGLAS SEAY II, JONATHAN
BRUCE SCOTT, DONNA JO SCOTT, JAMES CLINTON FREDERICK, APRIL MARIE GARDNER,
EMILY MICHELLE GARDNER, AND MICHAEL EDWARD GARDNER. THEY HAVE THREE
GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN AS FOLLOWS: JASON WARREN MARTIN, CASEY LYNNE MARTIN
AND WILLIAM BRADLEY SCOTT JR.
OUR FATHER WILL BE REMEBERED FOR THE WONDERFUL PERSON HE WAS WHO
ENJOYED LIFE SO, HE WAS A FARMER ALL HIS LIFE, HAD A GREEN THUMB FOR
GROWING MOST EVERYTHING, ESPECIALLY HIS VEGETABLE GARDENS THAT HE PUT OUT
EVERY YEAR. DADDY LOVED OUR MOTHER,HIS CHILDREN, AND GRANDCHILDREN SO
MUCH. HE WAS MOST HAPPIEST WHEN PLAYING OR JUST TALKING TO HIS
GRANDCHILDREN AND WAS A GREAT TEACHER AND GUIDE FOR THEM. DADDY WAS ALWAYS
A HARD WORKER WHO ENJOYED LIFE AND SHARING WITH HIS FELLOW MAN. WORLD WAR
II WAS ONE OF HIS PROUDEST TIMES IN
HIS LIFE EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE HARD FOR HIM, HE ALWAYS ENJOYED TALKING
ABOUT HIS WAR DAYS.
WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH DADDY AND WILL MISS YOU DEARLY.
