They appear in the 1860 Scio census with their son, George. They appear in the 1870 census without children. 573. G. W. Phillips, 24 Oct. 1838 - 17 April 1909 George Washington Phillips, son of David and Sarah (Sullinger) Phillips, was born in Guiliford Co., NC. George and Martha had five children: William Monroe, Sarah (who married George Coffey), Emma (who married Grant Davids), Ida (who married J. A. Warwick), and George W. Martha appears on the 1860 Scio census living with her parents, James and Matilda Tarpley. George and Martha appear in the 1870 census with children: Maurice W., Sarah A., Emily J., and Thomas. In 1880, they appear with children: William Monroe, Sarah Frances, Emily Jane, Ida Belle, and George Washington. His parents, David and Sarah, are living with them. A grandson Alex Williams is also in the household. 575. George F. Coffey, 1864 - 1912 576. Sarah Phillips Coffey, 1864 - 1932 Sarah Frances, daughter of George Washington and Martha (Tarpley) Phillips, appears on the 1870 and 1880 census living with her parents. George F. Coffey appears on the Scio 1880 census living in the household of James B. and Mary Elizabeth Coffey; however, the birthplace of his mother and Mary Elizabeth does not match. G. F. Coffey married Sarah F. Phillips on 5 May 1886 in Linn County.
577. Stella M. (Shelton) Allphin, 1898 - 1960 Stella Margaret Shelton, daughter of John Ira and Caroline (Miller) Shelton, married Roy Allphin on 21 Oct. 1915 in Linn County. Stella was born 2 Dec. 1898. Caroline, daughter of Earl/Roy and Margaret (Shelton) Allphin, was born 8 Nov. 1923.
579. Caroline (Miller) Shelton, 7 Aug. 1880 - 8 July 1931 John J. Shelton married Caroline Miller, daughter of Walter Clute and Harriet (Hamilton) Miller, on 12 Dec. 1897. They appear in the 1910 and 1920 census with their children: Stella (married Earl Allphin), Doris (married Marcus Clair McLain), Ruth (married Edward A. Forsch), Vanny (married 1st Ruth Sanders, and 2nd Olga Lamplot), Lyle (married Lillian Roner), and Andean (married Kenneth Purdy). NOTE: Deborah Lee states that records show this is John IRA Shelton, and his death year could possibly be 1951.

591. John Bino, 1850 - 1920 John and Mary Bino are found on the 1910 Shelburn census with children: Joseph, Barbara, Frank, Agnes, and George. In 1920, John is living with son George, and daughter, Julia and her husband William Whalen and their children. Linn County records show John Bino married Lucinda Albers on 1 May 1911. W. H. Whalen married Julia Bino on 1 June 1909. 593. Isaac A. Stanley, Died 28 July 1867, 30y 2m 24d Isaac and Martha Stanley appear on the 1860 Scio census.
