Holubetz, Wilhelmina (18 May 1885 - 11 Aug. 1947)

Mrs. Ferdinand Holubetz, age 62, who lived on a farm east of Colby before moving to Unity four years ago, died at 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Mendota State Hospital where she had been taken last Friday. A heart ailment and complications caused her death. She was ill ten days before she was taken to the hospital. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:15 o’clock at the Lulloff Funeral Home, where the body is lying in state, and at 2:00 o’clock at the Trinity Lutheran church at Unity, Wisconsin, Rev. J. A. Olson, officiating. Internment will be made in the Lutheran cemetery.

Mrs. Holubetz, nee Wilhelmina Schillinger, was born in Vienna, Austria, on May 18, 1885, and was married in Vienna in 1907 to Ferdinand Holubetz. They came to the United States a year after their marriage.

Surviving besides her husband are four sons and two daughters - William of Marshfield, Henry of Wausau, Hugo of Portland, Ore., Victor of Fort Wayne, Ind., Miss Olga, at home, and Mrs. Edmund (Hilda) Dwyer of Chicago. There are 14 grand children. Her parents and four brothers preceded her in death.
