Melander, Audree (Marriage - 8 Dec. 1948)

Audree Melander, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Melander of Unity, and Harold Hederer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wenzel Hederer of Unity, Wisconsin exchanged marriage vows Wednesday afternoon at the Trinity Lutheran church at Unity, Rev. J. A. Olson reading the marriage ceremony. The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Ray Tippelt of Marshfield.

The bride was attired in a gown of aqua blue with crystal bead trim and her bouquet consisted of pink and white carnations and her attendant wore a dress of Chinese red with gold accessories and her bouquet also consisted of red and white carnations.

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents which was decorated with wedding bells, streamers, candles and a large wedding cake.

The couple will make their home with the groom’s parents. The groom is employed on his father’s farm.
