OBITUARY MENTION.

Louisa Barbara Woodkey, whose demise was mentioned last week, was the fourth child of Anthony Larson and wife, and was born on the home farm northeast of town on June 3, 1871 and spent her life in this place. She was married about six years ago to Fred. J. Woodkey, who with their only surviving son who bears his father's name, is left to mourn her early demise. For four years previous to her marriage she kept house for her father after her mother's death. She is the first of a family of ten children to pass from earth. She was always considered of robust health until this spring when it was first feared that the dread consumption had take hold on her, and though her husband gave her the best care and medical attention possible, the disease rapidly accomplished its work of destruction.

The funeral service was largely attended by sympathizing friends, and numerous floral decorations were bestowed upon the casket. Rev. G. C. Andrews preached a most appropriate sermon from Mark 14:6. The remains were laid to rest in the Greenwood cemetery, the following gentlemen acting as pall-bearers: Henry Johnson, P. E. Peterson, Erastus Bowen, George A. Thompson, E. T. Burch and Anton Kristiansen.

The entire community share with the bereaved husband and relatives in their sorrow.
