THE PRAYER GROUP

Soon after the arrival of the Myhrwold Family, a group of ladies along with Pastor and Mrs. Myhrwold were invited to Mrs. Voie's home. The purpose of the meeting was to pray for strength and guidance for any and all needs - not only for themselves, their congregation and families, but for the community and it's leaders -far and near. They chose the name "Prayer Group". The membership is not limited to a few and there are no dues or offerings taken at the meetings. A hymn, a short Bible study and then prayer led by the pastor is followed by coffee and cookies and a brief social visit. They meet in the various homes at 9 am each Tuesday. Anyone is welcome and if anyone has a request for prayer just drop in or call one of the ladies or Pastor Wenger.
