Wilbur Osgood
December 4, 1877 - February 5,1908
Clark County records indicate that a Wilbur Emmery Osgood died and was buried at York Center Cemetery.[i] He was the son of Emmery and Mary (nee Green) Osgood. The informant was Charles O. Osgood. The 1905 Clark County Census lists a Wilbur E. Osgood living with his wife, Nettie. In addition, it shows an E. B. Osgood (81) living with his wife, Mary L. (64) and his son, Charles O. (34). Similarly, a 1906 plat map of York Township shows a W. E. Osgood owning land in Section 19. Since records show that Plot E-13 is owned by C. Osgood, it is believed that Wilbur Osgood (Charles O. Osgood's brother) is buried there.
