Myron Turner

September 10, 1908 - May 27, 1980

Myron Turner was a son of Abie and Hattie (nee Lindsley) Turner.  Abie Turner was a son of Abel and Arvilla (nee Thompson) Turner, early pioneers of York Township.  Hattie Turner was a daughter of George and Sarah (nee Lawrence) Lindsley, who were also early settlers of York Township.  Sarah Lindsley was a daughter of Jesse and Almeda (nee Benedict) Lawrence, who were also pioneers of York.  Grant Turner, Price Turner, George Turner, Birdeen Turner, Clayton Turner and Harriet Triska are siblings of Myron Turner who also have plots in York Center Cemetery.  Myron Turner married the former Irene Reinart.  He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
