Oct. 4, 1934--Mrs. M. E. Kenyon and daughter, Betty, left Sunday for Milwaukee.  Mrs. Kenyon is the delegate of the local O. E. S. to the Grand Chapter which is held there this week.

Oct. 4, 1934--A number of members of the R. N. A. Lodge are attending the convention at Neillsville today.  The following prizes were awarded at the R.N.A. card party at Allards hall Monday evening: 500 -- Mrs. Ed Hinker, Mrs. Jos. Schmitz, Mrs. W. C. Steiger; Bridge -- Mrs. L. Cox, Mrs. Palmer Vinger, Mrs. G. I. Mullendore; Schafskopf -- Henry Stabnow, Mrs. A. H. Noetzel, Mrs. Irvine Gates; Skat -- Marcellus Hinker, John Lindner, Hugo Haglund.  The door prize was won by Mrs. Edgar Opdyke.  The last of the series will be held next Monday eve.
