State of Wisconsin, Wood County

I, G. H. Sexton, assessor for the town of Lincoln in said county, do solemnly swear that the affixed assessment role (sic) contains as I verile (sic) believe a complete and perfict (sic) entry and list of all real property liable to assessment in said town.

A correct description of the separated parcels of real property assessed together last year and now required to be assessed separately with a proper division of the former consolidated valuation thereof. That i (sic) have valued each parcel of real property from an actual view of said parcel, that i (sic) have as far as practicable personally viewed and inspected each artical (sic) personal property assessed by me.

That the valuation of the real property as set down in said role (sic) is as determined by me or as corrected by the bard (sic) of review.

That each valuation of property made by me is the full value which could ordinarily be obtained for the same at private sale and which i (sic) believe the owner if he desired to sell would accept in full payment thereof.

G. H. Sexton

Read to the affidavit and subscribed and sworn to before me this 7th day of July A.D. 1870.
