Walter Rowe
March 10, 1874 - March 23, 1948
Walter
Rowe was a son of William and Zelina (nee Lawrence)
Rowe, who were also pioneers
of York Township. He married Sadie Graves who was the daughter of
Walter and Hannah (nee Gibson) Graves, who were early settlers of York Township.
Walter and Sadie Rowe lived on the farm in Section 28 that her parents
had established. Walter and Sadie
Rowe’s children were Verla Dahl/Hales and Milford
Rowe.
Therefore, Walter and Sadie Rowe were grandparents to Alvin Dahl and
Donald Rowe.
